I don’t feel my concerns were taken seriously I was told that the resolution to an issue I was having was a part that was installed yet I told the advisor that the issue started before that part was even installed. Yet again I gave this dealer another chance to get my businesses after a 3 year boycott and again disappointed. I will not be returning.

Everything is always great when I come here

This service this time was SO QUICK, 15 minutes from the time I left the desk of Alexander. I even doubted that the service was really done. I’m used to a much longer service time. Alexander assured me that there were a number of persons who worked on the car at the same time. But, I don’t know if I was reassured completely. But, what am I supposed to do???

I have never been so impressed after having a terrible experience at Folsom Lake Toyota on my 5k. Roseville scheduled my 10k and offered a rental option and scheduled my reservation. It that wasn't enough the took me in even through I was 15 minutes late. They ordered me an UBER which was even better than rental so I enjoyed it. Then I get home and shortly after 1 hour Kyle calls me tells me my car is ready and UBER driver will be coming for me. Kyle was amazing he explained the check list on what technicians did and he made sure my visor got replaced as promised due to manufacturer defect. Then he gave me quotes and estimates on detailer for scrap to my car. Then your amazing valet ordered my car and it was brought to the curb I did not have to look for it myself. Then she verified I was the owner and handed me the keys. OMG everyone operated like a perfectly orchrarated symphony. I will forever go to Roseville Toyota and I am telling everyone about your staff. Thank you for taking such amazing care of me made my day amazing. Thank you all so much.
