Customer service was polite and courteous and professional. He stated that the alignment I requested with my new tires would be covered if I needed it. “You don’t know you need it until the tires wear improperly “. So when this happens I will not have a leg to stand on. Clerk said that they only have one alignment machine. I said ok. When you get new tires you should have the alignment checked. So going forward. This is my third vehicle I bought here. I want an alignment check done for free since this didn’t happen. Or a guarantee on the tires for the next three years. That’s fair. Thank you.
