All seemed done properly and in done in a timely manner.
It was a very positive experience. I explained the multiple issues and he listened and understood the issues. He contacted me while the work was being done and explained the technical details so I could understand what needed to be done. I really liked being kept informed and in a way that I could understand. Taking the car in for repairs is never pleasant, but this a rare pleasant experience. All of the issues I was having with the car were resolved.

I had the recall fuel pump replaced and when I got my car back there was a very strong odor of gasoline in my car. I had to leave my windows down and trunk open when I got home to air out the smell. The next day the smell was gone.
Although I schedule an appointment online for a 70k maintenance the system gave me a time of 4:50 pm. Elmer informed that they normally don’t take vehicles past 4:30 pm. Since I was already at the dealership he said he would see if he had a guy who was free and could help me out so I wouldn’t have to come back another. I was thankful that Elmer was able to fit me in.
