Service was great, the only feedback I can suggest was that I had asked for a quote on how much would it cost to replace the mirror itself on the driver side and I was told it would be expensive I actually had to call parts and service to get a quote the day after.
Work was done faster than expected!

This is not Paul's fault. Rosevile Toyota sold me a certified vehicle. I even bought an extra maintenance bumper to bumper policy. True, it COULD be my phone, but not everyone cannot hear me on the bluetooth--some have complained about it repeatedly. Paul said it could be my phone and said they'd need my phone to see if it is my phone. I couldn't leave my phone there, so I'll need to make an appt some day when i can stay until they test it out. If it's not the phone, i hope Roseville Toyota will stand behind the warranty and my bumper to bumper policy and fix or replace it.
