When you drive through the service bay with a need for help and end up with the service you expected and without any hitches during the process, you go away with a good feeling that JBF has done their work well. Thanks to my service writer, Gabriel, for taking care of my needs. Job well done.

In San Diego every service they wash your vehicle. Might be petty but hey the extra mile counts for lifelong customers. Staff was great.

Misty was nice in working with me. I had a tire with a nail, it had to be replaced, I waited for the ordered tire and then was told it was on back order 3 days later. I was traveling the next day, so Misty came up with a solution.
Brandon was very friendly, responsive and helpful. The waiting room is comfortable but I spent most of the time walking around (to get some exercise) and observed all the guys working diligently. Everyone was friendly, smiled or greeted me. I have also invited Jim Burke Ford to update my tricks CARFAX service records as the last two need to be recorded. I almost didn't make it home it ran so rough. I don't know they left the vacuum hose off. Even an idol with my foot on the brake it just sputters.
For one thing, I am not ENRIQUE. I must have his old phone number. I am a female. I didn't have my car serviced by your team of mechanics. I don't understand why I keep getting phone calls for him. I wish I knew how to get a hold of him. Every day I get calls for him. You need to check for the correct phone number. Maybe he might have a different email address.
