Your service team do an excellent job of taking care of your customers. Every time I bring my vehicle in for service they are thorough, knowledgeable, courteous and deliver my vehicle back to me fully serviced and repaired on time. Good job to the service techs and mechanics at Jim Burke Ford.

Went for a alignment and the machine had not been plugged in over the weekend so instead of letting someone know that it would take some time to chsrge,i was left to sit until I asked what was taking so long and then my service person went to find out. At that point I had been there for 2 hours minimum and had to wait an additional hour for a job that should have taken 45 minutes to an hour. The service woman was very apologetic and discounted the job. It would have been better if the mechanic would have let the service person know in turn letting me know.
The work was completed as promised.
Kaycee is just simply the best. Her customer service is incomparable. #1 in my book.

Kaycee Schekel, and the maintenance crew were just amazing. I took my car in on Monday 11-16-20, because I was running very rough. I was scheduled to have my car looked at on the following Wednesday 11-25-20. However the maintenance crew was able to look at my car sooner. On 11-17-20 my birthday Kaycee called me to let me know my car was ready. I was so happy that I told Kaycee she made my birthday, and that I would have my son pick up my car. When he brought me my car, I was surprised by the thoughtfulness of Kaycee. She gave me a nice card with a Starbucks gift card inside. The professionalism and thoughtfulness of Jim Burke Ford staff was outstanding. I would recommend Jim Burke Ford to everyone. Thank you all for taking care and fixing my car so quickly.
She was extremely helpful. She kept me informed as to any and all progress being made on my car. Very pleased with my entire visit.
