It wasn’t Ford’s fault but when I needed a ride back to pick up my car you called a Lyft and they kept canceling and then finally you sent one of your courtesy vehicles but I have to wait extra long because of that.

You texted me at 7 in the morning on Saturday. I am not the vehicle driver. My husband is. I have repeatedly asked you to change the number away from my number to his number. You are not doing it. This was my one day to sleep in. Now I am wide awake and frustrated. So NO. I AM NOT HAPPY

Misty provided outstanding service. I called to get my battery checked and she told he they were booked out until the following week but I could bring my vehicle in first thing in the morning and the work would be done on standby. Within two hours she called to tell me my vehicle was ready. When I picked it up we ran into a problem that didn't exist when I dropped off the vehicle. Misty was very understanding and went out of her way to fix the problem and make sure I was happy. It's easy to provide great customer service when there are no issues but it take special talent to resolve unexpected issues that come up. She handled this very well. She is a great asset to your company. She is friendly, knowlegible, prompt, and professional.

Couple of things I’m not really understanding why on the service Intervals are spaced out at 5000 miles one time and 7000 to 8000 miles on the next time Second thing is the wiper blades, the original blades and the truck has 50,000 miles on it wouldn’t it be recommended that you change them especially when they’re coming apart

Brandon was a phenomenal employee. His customer service has been the best I have received all year. During the pandemic, there has been a decline. He was knowledge and helpful when it came to my questions. He was efficient and considerate of my time in trying to coordinate the repairs with the mechanics. Both of my vehicles were serviced, and I’m extremely satisfied with the service I obtained. Thank you.
