I brought in a list of concerns that I have with my new 2020 Edge and they were not included on the repair order. To me that means Ford Motor Company doesn't know about the issues- even if the local technician didn't experience-I have on several occasions. This may likely impact my ability to get warranty service at a later date.
It’s alway nice to have Misty as my service writer. She knows what I want, she had my DEF tank filled without even asking. It was like she read my mind. It’s nice that Misty will carry on a conversation while she works and I wait.
