Misty communicated well. Her professionalism was amazing. Misty knew I was coming I on her day off. She let the lead staffer know that I was coming after. 1 pm. I walked into Quick Lane .. the key fobs were next to the lead . He told me the time needed and completed the process exactly the time told me upon arrival. Ford b in Bakersfield should be thankful.for.the staff they employ. I am thankful for have such a ci tact person at the Oak street Ford dealership.

During vehicle servicing, Service tech had checked operation of wiper blades. Apparently blades are worn and left muddy streaks across windshield. That is how vehicle was released to me. I was told wiper blades would need to be replaced soon.
