Megan and the service team always take good care of me and my car. She's very good at her job and I have come to trust they will do a good job. They have figured out a problem more than once and found a solution when others didn't. I know they will make it right. I have a Ford dealership where I live but still travel 30 minutes away because of their excellent customer service. I appreciate it very much.

My brand new truck had scratches on the top glove box. Austin made arrangements for a replacement box door. Today it was replaced under warranty. Upon driving out of the service area I noticed several pieces of plastic on the floor mat and carpet. It was not vacuumed and I asked an employee and he said the maintenance staff do not do this any longer due the “hours are tight”. I’m assuming this is a reference to the time allowed for a specific repair. I’m guessing it will take me a minute to get out my shop vac and 1-2 minutes to complete a task I should not need to do. There is always time to take care of the customer. My truck was free of debris when it arrived in the shop. It should have left in the same or better condition upon its departure. The lobby, shop reception and waiting area were clean. My truck’s interior was not. The employees all treated me well so that part of the service was good. Sincerely, Doug Reese
