I had an excellent service experience with Ivette Rodriguez and truly appreciate all of her help. She provided great customer service, and scheduling the service was quick and easy thanks to her efficiency, which made everything smooth from the start. She was very easy to communicate with and always responded quickly to my messages, making the entire process stress-free. Ivette helped arrange transportation through Honda’s shuttle service and Uber so I could get to work while my car was being serviced, which I really appreciated. She also clearly explained all the work that was done on my car and made sure I understood everything. The overall experience at Norm Reeves Honda Huntington Beach was amazing. The quality of work was excellent, and the technician, John, did a great job. Ivette made the entire process seamless, and I’m very grateful for her professionalism. I will definitely be returning for future service.

Tony went extra mile and had me ride with mechanic to show him the problem I could hear at low speeds with the struts. Mechanic identified problem and they got warranty to cover most of it

Edward was super helpful, communicative, considerate, and so timely. I have had multiple unsatisfactory experiences at other Honda service centers, so my experience with Edward solidified my decision to continue getting my car serviced at the HB location in the future.

Edward was friendly and helpful. One extra thing I’d like to recommend check the battery level of the remote key and if it is low, suggest replacing it and save me an extra trip back to you.
