Isaac is the best, I’ve been coming to your service department since I bought my car I’ve passed a lot of Infiniti dealerships but because of Isaac I won’t let anybody else work on my car. You guys are lucky to have Isaac as a leader
I had a pleasant experience during my service. The only issue that came up was the long wait to find a loaner vehicle for me. I had an appointment all set up and the service needed was covered by my extended warranty. So I do not understand what the delay was to find a loaner vehicle was based on. Otherwise my visit was good.
Infiniti service department is definitely one of the best. My service advisor Edwin is very professional and does an excellent job at taken care of us customers.

Arcee and another lady who works right next to Him we’re great! Him and She help me find the parts dept as well as treat me with absolutely the best I have been treated at any dealer I have visited! They both deserve a raise and promotions for how they present your dealership! As well as the rest of the staff who work here in the office! I really appreciate the mechanics and how well they took care of my car! I’m happy with all your staff today and getting me a ride back and forth to my home so I could rest in between waiting for my car! Edwin was great! He made me feel secure leaving my vehicle. Although I paid more than I expected to, I was Satisfied knowing that my car was in great hands. Also, my car was ready much faster than I expected. She was also nice clean !
I felt I was rushed out of there. Advisor John hesitant to explain the report. Younger advisors acting like clouns walking around outside, unprofessional. Lyft driver was sitting in Lexus dealership and made me wait 20 min. I looked for him all over the place, when I walked to him, he drove off. Later he complains I didn't show up to dawn Lyft and Advisor John Yarber. Mr. John complains to me while booking a pickup to show up on time as he ended up paying for No show last time. This is totally rude and un-professional as he knew the Lyft guy (Alberto-Blue Hyundai Elantra, Lic plate: 7ZMH208) was the problem. The lady assistant witnessed all of this.
Worse inspection ever! No loan available! Had to go twice because they didn’t inspect my vehicle correctly
