Mr Rivas took very good care of me by allowing me the chance to choose which items I wanted serviced and listening to my request.
The work I had done was a noticed improvement once on the road so I also give the service tech high marks
Vanessa was very helpful, understanding and courteous, she communicated everything to me in an effective way and made sure I had the best experience possible while getting my service. For the first time I didn't feel intimidated, or like unnecessary services would be pushed on me, I trusted her to tell me what was needed, and will be returning to her in the future.

I requested for a change of battery for my key fob and it was not done. When I got home after the oil change, I found a huge hit on my front bumper on the driver’s side. I was not happy to find that. I will not be trusting my car with Cerritos Norm Reeves Infiniti and will be taking my business elsewhere after Infiniti fixes the damages they’ve caused
