John is the greatest Service advisor. My car was taken care of and service is always great.
Our experience today was unsatisfactory. We had an appointment for an oil change and had dropped our vehicle off at 10:30AM. The man helping us then told us that he would contact us for updates and when our car would be ready. He promised us that the vehicle, that was only scheduled for an oil change, would be ready by 1PM. We received no calls regarding any updates throughout the day. We had to contact them ourselves at 1:45PM, which was beyond the promised time. Once we got a hold of them on the phone, they said that the car had been washed and was ready to go. Once we got there, we paid and waited an additional 30 minutes as they were not done with our service. We would appreciate transparency, integrity, and honesty with our future services. This was unacceptable.
Candice was very polite and attentive. She deserves a raise.
As always it’s always a pleasure to get maintenance done on my vehicle here at cerritos infiniti. Edwin truly makes it an easy experience , I’ve always had friends and family complain about their dealers long lines and bad service but I honestly could never relate because my go to service advisor always gets me in and out as quick as possible and car is always ready when or before promised ! Keep killing it edwin
