Candice was very forthcoming and explained what was happening with the service on my car.
Since COVID and my last service appointment, there has been no shuttle service, but Candice offered me a ride to and from my home to the dealership and I was extremely grateful! I wasn’t aware that Infiniti provided Lyft services unti Candice suggested it.

While the service got better with time, I was not updated the day I dropped off my vehicle- I had to call the service team to get an update. The communication got better the last couple of days but the first day (Monday) and then not getting an update until the day before it was scheduled to get done was not great. Also, the courtesy vehicle smelled of cigarettes which is unfortunate.
Seems to me that every time I come in for maintenance service it becomes better and better
