I was Told my service would be 2 to 3 hours maximum. At three hours, I called my service advisor and he did not call me back. I decided to walk over to the service center from the mall and found out that they did not even start on one of the two services I was supposed to do in that timeframe. I now have to reschedule and come back in again. This is a huge inconvenience.
After receiving my vehicle back from Infinite, I noticed my rear left sensor had been pushed in. Only my rear right had damage prior to my visit to Infiniti. Now I have a missing sensor on my left rear. Although there is no way to tell whether the sensor could have fallen out of socket from regular driving, just was something I noticed

Roxana was very efficient and courteous, but I unpleasantly surprised that engine oil was only half full, the car was serviced last December when an oil change was done, and the car has only 20,000 miles!
