Even though I had a scheduled appointment, it still took 3+ hours for a simple oil change. Service employees partly blamed the car wash for the delay, but when I received my car it was completely dry as if it was sitting around. Head scratcher!

Edwin delivers exceptional service! I appreciate his attentiveness to my concerns, and his ability to quickly identify their possible causes. He also provides honest explanations for the diagnoses, and practical solutions for repairs. Then there’s the complimentary rides to the mall and back if I have to wait a few hours, and that becomes the icing on the cake! I have never been a fan of having my car serviced at the dealership until now. With the level of customer service I have received from Edwin, I would have him service my vehicle anytime!

Arcee is always very helpful and cheerful. He checks to make sure everything is fixed and keeps me up to date on timing. He also checks for warranty coverage. Arcee is very conscientious.
