Advisor called me and said they were finished with my car and that they were going to give it a wash. I go 15 minutes later, and I ask about my car and he tells me they are still doing the service. Okay whatever, I go back home and I finally get a call that they’re done. I go again, ask the advisor and he said valet will take it out in a minute. 15 minutes go by and my car is no where to be seen, usually im patient but I had to go to work soon. I go and ask the advisor about my car, he pages some workers and no one replies. He looks under his desk and he has my keys and says hes going to take my car out for me. Why did it take him so long? Usually I wouldn’t complain because I understand how busy you guys are but I feel like my advisor was not aware and had poor communication and didn’t even offer an apology.

Arcee Cabacungan was amazing. He kept me informed throughout the process and accommodated to my needs, including getting me a Lyft to pick up my car once the repairs were complete and even put some gas in the car since it was nearly empty when I dropped it off. He was professional and knowledgeable. I am happy with the service I received.
