Edwin was great as always. My problem is the car was in there in April and no one could tell the belt was worn. The vehicle has only been service at ur dealership since we purchased it in 2011 and I hope when that inspection is done they can find things like a worn belt
I took my car in for replacement of two tires due to flats. The car was left for 2 days but unfortunately due to poor communication by service department the tires were mounted inappropriately. There was no follow through in assessing that the work was done correctly. Very disappointing especially after being a 15 year committed client I expected the same as previously provided by Infiniti.

As usual, Edwin went above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service. My car wouldn’t start and I had to call AAA. Grateful it was just the battery and Edwin took me right in the next morning and took care of all the service pretty quickly. Also, the battery was still under warranty so I paid $0. I truly apologize Edwin snd the service. Edwin is the best!
