I believe the service was over priced compared to other dealers. Also there was a discrepancy between what the service representative told me verbally about work needed and what he wrote on the receipt for my future reference. Although I had an appointment and I was on time, actually early. it took two and a half hours to do a $381 simple oil change, fluid change, filters and front tire rotation.
