I want to thank Edwin for everything. I had taken my car to a “nissan/Infiniti” mechanic to repair my tpms and my ac, and my vehicle had been there for 3 days, and the work wasn’t done, they just turned off my warning light.
I made the appointment the same day, I don’t remember the young lady’s name but she scheduled me the same day (THANK YOU) and Edwin just came through with not only fixing the tpms which I only requested (didn’t think I would need the AC since it’s getting cold) but he went ahead and fixed it. I really appreciate him for looking out. Thank you!

Isaac Diaz has been my service advisor for several years now. He always greets me upon my arrival with a smile. He makes me feel like I am meeting a friend. His estimates are usually spot on and when they are not, he updates me on the status of my vehicle. When my vehicle is done he takes the time to walk me out and go over each item that was performed.

Hope all is well. The only words I can come up with is Amazing Arcee. Truly a professional work of art. This COVID-19 has le in a bit of a rutt in loneliness. But Arcee fixed that for me with his gentleman’s kindness. I was coming in for 2 things and listening to his earnest suggestions I went with that. Man today I want to drive my Infinity QX70 around the Nation. I’m not hard to gratify just need the services performance to be of the utmost. After all it’s vehicle and maintenance is of the utmost importance “SAFETY”. I drove for “MTA METRO”.
