I was extremely disappointed when I came into the service department John was great in the beginning doing everything possible to help me but when he made a mistake and I told him that was Infiniti’s job to take care the error for giving me a price that was lower than the actual amount. He called me scanless at this point i got very upset spoke to the sales manager and he directed me to contact Justin the service manager. If possible please contact me at ****-****-xxxx
