Everything went smooth , Edwin from Cerritos Infiniti was great. Communication was excellent, everytime I would think of calling to check up on my vechile he would beat me to it. 5 stars

I was informed car could not be looked at until 3 days from the day I initiated service request but when I took it in today (1 day before appointment) service department had plenty of time and staffing to resolve issue. Why did you make me wait then?

John Yarber ALWAYS goes above and beyond to make the service experience seamless. He took the time to explain the service my car needed and why I didn’t want to delay in getting it done. He had a loaner car ready for me because car needed to stay longer. He called me during the day to update me too!! Thank you for employing such a great person. 100% satisfied!
