John was awesome. He is very helpful and did everything. He explained all the issues and recommended the necessary services. However, my cold tire pressure was low (31 rear tires). My car wash was not good and I would give it a D.

Honestly it was ok but the part that killed the whole joy was that my right fog light shut down . I seen it not working when they gave my car back . It was working we on the am and the night before so I don’t know what happened or what they moved . Also the Mecanic who worked on it was not carefull enough and he dirty my car interior w his dirtty hands after working on it . I realized both things 30 min after leaving the dealer .

The “service” was fine.
It would be nice to have some seating (table, bench, umbrella) “outside”. Especially now during Covid, so that customers can wait outside in the fresh air and sunshine. Like you had at the old location.
John is a credit to your organization and the Infiniti brand. He should be considered for a position with higher responsibilities. He spoke very highly of the quality and trustworthiness of the Infiniti brand. Also, a great positive attitude

Great costumer service and was nice and honest and respectful.
John was awesome. My only complaints is that the email sent for my appointment had the wrong location. I didn’t realize the location had moved since I got the car. Then when went into email to click in the address it sent me to another dealership that wasn’t you guys. Now I’m aware but might be a good idea to fix that in the emails you send out.
They put a sticker in the window saying my next oil change would be at 42,000 plus miles and I am already at 113,00. Put a new drive belt on my car that my mechanic didn’t think really needed to be replaced yet. It was not that worn. Felt like they upselled me.
