I feel like everything possible was done to track down the strange, intermittent, electrical problem that sometimes happens. Bob was was very persistent and patient trying to get to the bottom of it.

It was a bit of a rough start, however in the end everything worked out better than expected. I was thoroughly impressed with the competence and knowledge of the tech. My ONLY criticism is that perhaps a bit more open communication as to what is happening as I understand the complexities causing delays. Bob Shea was a true professional in all my dealings with him and I trust him to get the answers to the questions I pose as he gives clear supporting answers to the most difficult questions, I would definitely trust the team in the future!
