Dustin, although being fairly new to service tech, addressed my questions confidently, and asked for help with questions he didn't know the answer to. He was courteous, straightforward, and made every effort to resolve my questions and concerns. Dustin is an asset to your service team.

I was told when I had my car towed there it would be looked at with in a few days they didn’t even look at it for over a month. Then we waited 3 more weeks for parts. My family has had Fords and service in every generation since Henry Ford. I felt like I was taken advantage of because I am young and had to get my Dad involved and it still took another month. So 7 weeks for a 4 hour job. I could never do business with Darlings again after this experience.
