Jacky was excellent and was willing to go above and beyond when our service could not be completed at end of day. Only issue we experienced was the driver's side carpet and door trim was full of mud (came from boots of mechanic). Brought in clean, should leave clean.
I got a message about my car being done yesterday and ready for pickup, however that was a mistake as my car was not serviced yesterday.
I am waiting for a resolution to a liftgate problem that is yet unresolved. The liftgate has been damaged due to malfunction and it has hit myself and grandson in the head. No one has contacted me yet to resolve this problem.
