It appears my tires we not topped off with nitrogen as my ford app show them significantly below the 35 pounds
When I picked up my car, it was not brought to the door for me like usual. I was told it was just around the corner, it was actually way down at the end of your building.
I was displeased to see that when I turned the car on, there was a dash light saying I was out of washer fluid. After spending over 1000$ with you, it just seemed like you could have topped that off.
When I turned the car on I got a "service now" warning on my dash display. I went in to ask about it and was told it was from needing an oil change. My car mileage is at 98k, I need to change my oil at 101k. They could have reset this warning.
I have driven my car less than 1k miles since buying it last year. I question the validity of needing new brakes and rotors. It felt like a cash grab, like I was being taking advantage of because I'm a woman. Driving home my brakes felt great - no noise, no shudder, no hesitation, no loud of braking power. Due to this, I am unlikely to bring my car back to you in th he future.

I love this place! They are so accommodating. Jeff is awesome to deal with. He is not only kind, but very knowledgeable. And the service is top notch. There is also a very comfortable and well-stocked waiting area. And shuttle service. They think of everything!
Dustin was very efficient and his customer service skills were great. Not happy about that nothing was done about the back hatch door closing down on me and my grandson I was told not to have the key fob on me when I get in the back of my car to put groceries in. It has closed down 5-6 times with someone under it. This is dangerous I could hardly get the back hatch off of me I pushed with all my might and it was still closing down. If my grandson was alone he would have severely hurt.
Me Cooper was awesome and professional. I’m happy that Darling ford have employees that care.

Joe was absolutely awesome , the gentleman , who drove me home while my car was being serviced was so very nice. We had lovely conversation. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.
