Jacob was professional and very accommodating. He listened to how I requested the license plate be attached, the original attachment had a stripped screw, and I appreciate that he respected my request.

The recalls were done quickly and I was contacted about options to pick up the vehicle. The arrangements were made to pick up the vehicle in a manner that best supported our family. I was very appreciative of the responsiveness and quality of work completed today.

Such a thoughtful experience. I had originally made my appointment on a day I was off. Things happen and I ended up dropping my car off after my nightshift at the hospital. I left a note in the car explaining this and expressed if there were any issues to call/text my daughter and she would wake me. (Because I had to work again that evening). There were no issues with my car but he still notified my daughter that my car was finished and that I could pick it up anytime before 6pm. He didn’t want to wake me by calling me! This was not only thoughtful but to me, above and beyond. This was my first experience with Darlings and I’m thankful that I chose to bring my car here!!! Thank you for the kindness and great work!!
Poor service, didn't address problem/cause, recommending replacement parts that weren't needed. Overcharging for services not preformed,fleesing customer and demonstrated a pure lack of knowledge in diagnostic procedures to identify problem and properly repair vehicle.
Dustin was wonderful and he will get as many stars as I can possibly do and I would double that if I could. Thanks Dustin, Scott, and the whole crew.
