Jeff once again was the picture of professionalism and hospitality, not only in our service visit, but even beforehand. I was delayed a bit more than expected at a doctor's visit, so we arrived 5-10 minutes later than our appointment time. We had called the Service Desk to make them aware of this small delay, but apparently that message hadn't yet gotten to Jeff, so he took it upon himself to call me just to verify we were coming. We got his call as we were pulling up to Darling's Service Department garage door!

I was pleased with Jackie's professionalism and his prompt service. However, the diasterous possibility from the outcome of the service that was performed that day left me weak, nauseated and extremly shakey. It took years off my life. The lug nuts were not tightened on several of the tires. The right front tire had one lug nut left on it. I had to have it towed by AAA to your service department. I was also told that other lug nuts were loose on other tires and could be moved and twisted by hand! My grandson had used my car for a few days and had just returned from Portland, Maine! I was blessed that God watched out for him. I am still trying to recover from the experience and work through the unacceptable process.

Look, I like Dustin and he did a good job. However, he told me the tire replacement (all four tires) and oil change would take 2.5 hours. My appointment was for 8:00 am and I came back at 11:45 am. I was told by Dustin at that time that the "regular" tire alignment guy was on vacation and the "other guy" had to take lunch and wouldn't be able to get this done until 1:30 pm. What? You had me set for an appointment at 8:00 am for an oil change, tire replacement, and alignment, and your guy is not available to take care of the alignment in time? I had to juggle my other vehicle for a trip to Waterville in the afternoon since my truck would not be ready. Really guys, why didn't I just go to a tire store and get my tires done there? And then "Quicklube" for an oil change to take care of the oil. It would have been done faster and not cost any more. My mistake,, but I won't do it again.
The liftgate continues to malfunction and randomly goes up and comes down hitting me on the head. It is not safe and has not been fixed.
Unfortunately the computers deleted my appointment I made but they squeezed me in within two days! They were accommodating dropping me off at work and for also excepting my coupons!
Mr.Jeffrey Schencks is one of the men that Ford has. Always polite and on the ball.I really like the Darlings crew. Great people. Always 5 Stars.
