For the second time your service department has provided 5 Star customer service for me and my car. They are professional and kind and helped me out when I was on my way to work and my tire was going flat they got it in and plugged it and even gave me a ride to work. I highly recommend this service department. I cannot say the same for the sales dept twice I went to trade my fords in and both times had a horrible experience walked out and went to Wiscassett Fors and both times had a fabulous experience and traded my cars within weeks. They lost a repeat customer in me.
William was great as always, I really appreciate his competence and communication.
When I called to make my appointment I talked to someone else (not Liam) and asked to order a new key but when I showed up to my appointment there was no record of a request for a key which I was not happy about.

Jeffrey was great, I had told him I had another appointment after this one and asked if the inspection would be done in 30 to 40 minutes, he assured me it would take no more than 30, and he kept his word. Much appreciated!
