Very personable representative offered a complimentary inspection sticker which I didn’t expect. Service was completed in a timely manner.
Jackie was phenomenal! One of the best employees I’ve interacted with at darlings. He went above and beyond investigating a leak in my tire as well as took the time to explain the numbers behind an alignment (something that’s never happened before). Jackie made my service experience an absolute delight.

The hose clamp on intercooler pipe of my wife’s car was left loose. The pipe had blown itself off of the throttle body hose. Car threw an “epc”.
Jeffery Schencks accused me of being a potential fraud person. He found me in the waiting lobby and handed me 4=$1.00 bills and said this could turn into 4=$100.00 bills. I don't do that. I will never go back to Darling Ford again. Michael N

I would like to thank him for getting me in to get my oil change. I was told at scheduling I would have to wait till December 14 and this would be for my first oil change.
