I had to have someone troubleshoot an obd code PO299 while 350 miles away from this Ford dealer. A connector from the turbocharger had not been properly reconnected, and it caused the car to run rough. I have spoken with the point person for my service at Darling’s. He has promised to square this away with me ($92 CDN), I trust that he will do this, so, although I think the service was not properly done, I am satisfied with the way Darling’s is addressing the issue.

I was very happy with the service today, I did not have an appointment, but the service department took my truck in and performed the service I needed, Jeff was very courteous and the check out was smooth and quick, Jon and Joe were also helpful

I raised some transmission issues. Jackie was reluctant to have the issues assessed as it was a Saturday. Now I have to schedule another appointment. Plus he found a gasket issue after releasing my car.

Odd wording- you asked about our experience with Alex--ALEX was FINE. Replacement of caliper was not satisfactory...Noise in brake -- Will have to schedule a return appt.

I was there for 6 hours! My appointment was at 10:20 and I arrived at 10:10. Clearly other customers were being served while I was waiting. Once I left after paying my bill of more than $1,000, I had to return 10 minutes later because I noticed they had forgotten to put my regular tires (purchased in May) in the back of my car. I’ll be using the Darling’s in Ellsworth from now on.
