Tattoo guy with beard that took care of me in service needs an award or something! He was extremely, professional had great customer service. I think i overheard he may of been with you guys for a while so maybe through covid pandemic, (and my truck got done a little ahead of schedule) so maybe some employer appreciation is in need of, if not already given! anyways super awesome experience

Hello, I was hoping the "fix " for drivers door latch would work for my2015 F150. It has not ! Had to hold the door as I drove home last night.Its a bit unnerving. The second time since it was serviced. Seems like the door needs a new latch, not just lube. Please advise, Regards, Hugh R. Williams

No fault of Jacky’s. My only concern is the length of time it took to diagnose the problem. It seemed to me that the way my car was running that fuel contamination would have been one of the first things checked. That being said the car runs like it should now.

Jeff did a great job getting my Escape serviced. He went over the paperwork and explained what was done and offered suggestions for tire replacements Nice touch getting a free vehicle wash.

I think the job was very well done ihe time they had it but there should have been some kind of a loner car to use in the down time that ford had it but out side of the time they had the car the job was well done Thank You ford for everything you have done for us

When i went into grab my car, we looked over what failed my car. Well first off it said tint… i have never had tint on my windows. So that upset me. Then he was very confusing and i had no idea what was going on and what he was trying to explain to me. He said i had an engine leak but couldn’t say what it was and needed another appt but on the paper it said it was an oil leak. Also i have gotten my car inspected for years and never once has failed for my bumper crack. Wouldn’t explain in more detail either why it failed. I’m not impressed and i will not be returning again.
