The service department is not helpful. I had my check engine light come on, called for an appointment and was told I could not get in until today. The check engine light went off before my appointment today and the service tech stated it should have been brought in, the code cannot be read after the light goes off and then wanted to charge me $150 to try to read the code after the fact. The part going bad is under warranty and I should not have to pay for this yet he insisted on charging $150. The code was read at another service center but when my husband called for an appointment he was told the service staff have to do it’ll read the codes themselves. This is terrible service, I refused to pay $150 for a 5 min. Process in a part that is covered under warranty anyway. In addition to this if a check engine light comes on and only stays on for a period of time then staff need to get the car scheduled to read the code. I would not recommend your service department and due to all the issues my car had had I will not be buying a ford again.

Joe was so nice & patient, even though the garage was extremely busy. He took time to explain everything & answer questions as if we were the only customers he had.
Terrible service. The service tech told me that with my extended warranty I’d have up to a $100 deductible, which is totally fine. I told him the issue(that Sullivan’s had already diagnosed) and said I don’t want a diagnosis, I just want them to fix the window. When I come back to pick up my car after, they said they were done with it, not only did they not fix my car, but they charged me $170 for a diagnosis fee and told me it would be $345 extra to fix my window. With the exact same diagnosis that sullivans gave me. The technician lied about the “$100 deductible”. Sullivans originally told me to come here because I have a warranty still but it didn’t apply for some reason. Never coming back. 0/10

Jacky was simply amazing. From his understanding of the situation to his sympathy toward our plight that weekend, he was phenomenal from end to end. He went so far as to help us resolve towing and rental car expenses for our very new car. Can’t thank him enough. It’s because of him that I would drive to Maine from Massachusetts to buy another car.
