The main reason for my truck to be there was to figure out why the power pro onboard default message was continuously coming up. I was told that it was the inverter and that a new one was ordered. 3 weeks later I was able to pick it up because it was “ all set”. The next day the message appeared again on my truck screen. Come to find out a new inverter was not put in it. Of my own research I have found out that it doesn’t need a new inverter. My trucks needs something to keep moisture from getting to the area of fault for the message only appears when it rains.
I am very glad I transferred my auto service to Darling's VW. I think it is going to work out better than the place in Ellsworth where I had purchased my used car.

Work was done ok. But lack of communication was an issue. Truck was brought in for an oil change and a rattle in the sunroof. I was waiting. 3.5 hours later I found Jon he then told me they were doing recalls. He definitely should have talked to me about this. I could have told him that the recalls had already been done. I wasn't happy waiting all that time for work to be done that had already been done. My first visit to Darlings was great. My second just confirmed to me that you are just like any other dealer. Lack of communication ruins the deal
Your technician found AirPods under a seat being removed. He returned them to me. Of course, this is what we would hope would happen, but our expectations would not always be met. It would have been very easy to simply pocket them.
