I am satisfied with the actual servicing of the vehicle. The problem was I was scheduled for a 9 am appointment, told it would take 1-2 hours. It ended up taking a little over 4 hours.

It took to long to get an appointment to get my truck in. However I was told that if I brought my truck down and left it they would try to work it in. That was good. The first week nothing was accomplished. I was told that someone would keep me informed about the progress. That did not happen. Joe was away on vacation during that first week. We had a lot of pressure because we had plans to go on vacation for three weeks, leaving May first. I really didn’t like having to call every day from the second Wednesday through Friday. I do feel that Joe was the key at getting things done for me. My major concern is I have a business and my truck is a big part of the business and I was out of commission for almost two weeks. I have never had that difficulty getting in before. Something needs to be done to get customers in and out in a more timely manner. I understand the need for parts was a concern. Like so many business today they are failing to meet the needs of their customers. I have always been very satisfied with the work done on my truck, but the down time was to long. Gardner S
