If I had a complaint it would be that Cooper was too optimistic. When I called he told me it would be ready in a couple hours. It was actually not ready for several hours. I do appreciate the effort.

As always, Jacky was friendly, courteous, and completely knowledgable. When a valve stem broke off, he explained the pressure monitoring system with the sensor inside the wheel behind the stem and that in an older TT such as mine, the entire unit had to be replaced. Stems are now modular and can be replaced separately, and plastic to lessen corrision.
I found Jacky to be more than accommodating and appreciate being assigned to one person!

Jeff Schencks was over the top with his service. I show without appointment and need a oil change in my recently bought 2018 F-150 four-door, I have only put a couple thousand miles on it but check oil light came on, long story short was the truck had almost 2600 miles on it on the original oil change when they took the truck in on trade and so at 4600 the oil was down a quart, it was a little confusing because it wasn't telling me that I needed an oil change yet we are 400 hundred miles before I would have done that. So what should have happened is when I bought the truck oil change should have been updated that day then I would have got a 5000 Mile Window not the confusing window that I got the representative at Bangor said more than likely the truck came from down in Augusta Darlings, and it didn't fill it all the way on the original oil change on the trade in. But Jeff went out of his way to fit me in and make it happen I appreciate it and I respect everything that he did for me. Next time if I buy a used truck I'm just going to make sure the oil gets changed on buying it.
