If I had known that I would not be trusted with a vehicle while Mine was being worked on- warranty work- I would not have bought my Explorer from Darlings. Very disappointing, the shuttle driver was a great man, we enjoyed him but waiting at Walmart outside on the curb for 30 minutes was a crazy.

It was the worst experience I’ve ever had. I will be contacting upper management at Darlings and Ford. I spoke the service manager Scott Kenner’s who also contributed to the poor service. I will never bring my truck back to your service garage even though I bought it from you.

My wife Kathy said Sam was awesome as well as the quality of service; however, it took the technicians almost 2-hours to do an oil change. She was informed “A student was being trained; however, it should not have taken the so long.”Please ensure the service techs understand their time is money and the customer’s is worth more. I came in with a leaking sunroof and the bare minimum was done to try and fix the problem, which it did not. I had to come back 2 months later because as soon as we had another rainstorm, it was still leaking and I couldn’t get another appointment for over a month. I also had to pay for the labor for the first visit, even though my issue ended up being a warranty issue. I now have to wait another month to get the issue completely resolved.
