I am extremely satisfied with my repair experience. Updates were timely and informative. I was reluctant to bring my Jeep in for service due to a number of less than positive reports from friends and co-workers but my reluctance was misplaced. Nice job and thanks for your great service and communication. If any service is needed in the future I will be back.

Other than not knowing how's vehicle you are working on it was good. You had my car not Scott's truck. My name is Theresa. Even though I when i call and tell you the work being done is for me you continue to thank Scott for bringing you the business. Maybe I should find somewhere that will recognize me as a costomer and not assume the customer is my husband.

I drove down the road and had to pull over as my hood was not closed completely. Plastic was left on seat. I am surprised that my vehicle was not washed after service. This is always so satisfying to pick up your vehicle and it is washed. Makes you feel better about the service received. A feeling of someone caring as much as you do.

Tried to charge me for oil change when I had a coupon. Did something to my keyless entry which they had to take my car back in.

This service appointment was supposed to include the free oil change from from when the service tech Nick didn't properly secure the oil pan plug from the initial service appointment a year ago. I was verbally told that the next one (meaning this one) would be free to make up for my inconvenience.
