I chose this dealership to have them find out if my service contract covered servicing my fuel pump and fuel level sensor. I feel that my discussion with a rep from the service department made it clear that it has a fuel sensor malfunction by my explanation of the problem and the failure code I got from o’reillys auto parts. And to top that off, when I got home, I see that the dealership didn’t even give me a cost of repair estimate. Yes. I’m totally disappointed.

My oil change was done hours ahead of schedule and Todd came out to the car to answer some questions we had. He explained the functions of the dashboard readouts and automatic maintenance readouts. He was very polite.
