Appreciate the service. I like my Jeep Gladiator but am nervous about the issues they have with batteries and start stop mechanism. I wish Jeep would recall them and get a fix foe that problem. Oil change and tire rotation were good though.

The amount of time it takes to complete an oil change has taken longer and longer each time I’m there. The appointment time was 10:30 and I got out of there after 12:00.

I’m glad the alerts of low oil level and over filled oil are finally off from when I went to a non dealership to have the first oil change done. But how stupid not to have a dip stick and change to all sensor to check the oil now. But thank you Jacob for your work today.
