Very pleased with the service department at CAG. After a miscommunication about dates the GM called personally to reschedule my appointment at the original time. This alone assured me that I was indeed in the right place for excellent service on my 10 yo Escape. The repairs were made in a timely manner and communication from the service department was top notch. Thank you for helping me keep my old car on the road for another year. When it's time for the new one I will definitely buy from CAG.

I informed them the check battery light came on but they serviced my car, the battery was checked, but the following week the battery died. Thanks for not stopping when I was in Davenport on the 22nd and in Sterling and Milledgeville the 24th. It waited until that Saturday to stop. I am not happy with the whole experience.
