Nicholas is fair and takes care of his customers. I do think that they are short staffed which takes a toll on the team. When and if hiring pick someone that knows how to talk with people and knows how or where to get the answers the customer needs. Don’t just make something up.

When I was explaining one issue I was told that it should not a problem it's normal. But the dealership never said that the issue I have they saw. When I took my truck in to be looked at. I picked it up but didn't think I would make it out of the parking lot. The truck was not responsive, everytime I stepped on the excelerator the truck acted like it would die. But that's completely normal.

They remove stickers from other companies about tire rotation. And now I don't know how many miles it is that I need to get there the tires rotated. This is not the first time I have talked to him about this before.
