Clinton auto Group always has been very helpful to me to service my vehicles! Todd Boyer is a very understanding and helpful person to have there at your service counter. I appreciate him very much! Although I didn’t purchase my vehicle there, you are always willing to do everything I need to do to have it serviced. I did not purchase my vehicle there because I didn’t get the trade-in and the treatment that I got elsewhere as far as sales goes as far as service goes you can’t be beat

I really wished I was charged for 30 minutes to install a rear light on my 2019 Cherokee versus 1 hour. The tech had my car in his stall at 8:35am and done by 8:55am. That extra hour I was charged amounted to roughly $75. My tail light was $440 which I thought was pretty steep, but it is what it is. I have a lifetime warranty on my Jeep but none of this was covered. Grand total price to replace a left rear tail light was $640. I’m not driving a BMW. Ray Cosgrove ****-****-xxxx

I am always happy with the service. But car wash isn’t great. Car looked worse after wash. Spotted all over. Maybe it’s the water.

I scheduled and oil change and to change the transmission fluid and filter a week earlier. Upon arrival this morning I was informed that neither the filter nor the correct fluid was ordered. So we proceeded with only the oil change which took 2 hours to complete. My appointment was at 9:00 am and the oil change service was completed a few minutes before 11.

2nd time in a row that there was not a tire rotation done on my vehicle when I requested. Nor was the vehicle washed this time, but was washed last time. I was told that my F250 was to big for the car wash. Invoice States that vehicle had a tire rotation and wash eventhough it wasn't.
