I'm sorry I thought Jeniffer was rude and didn't know how to operate the remote start and sorta treated me like I was stupid the other members were very friendly and the gentleman who did help the most was super friendly and explain things. People like Jennifer make me not return there.

I thought it was rude that while sitting waiting for repairs on my Lincoln MKX the sales personnel never acknowledged me.When looking for a new vehicle, I would not return to Clinton Auto.

They went out of their way to get my car started and make sure I got it into the service area. Once in service they checked my battery and replaced it. I was out of their and on my way in about 20 minutes. A very pleasant experience!!!! THANK YOU!!!

Visiting my Dougher , in Clinton , so I need oil change for my truck , and I dit spect they do know how the ford policy’s work , mad customer service , , some guy act no professional .

Four days after my plugs were replaced #4 failed. This was a Friday night so I could not bring the Jeep back until Monday, at which time repairs were effected immediately. I don't know why the plug failed but it wasn't pleasant to have this happen.

Called Todd about my wife's Escape having a light on dash and he was able to get her in to have it looked at and get the issue taken care of. Cannot thank Todd enough for making it happen,thats why we trust Clinton Auto with our vehicles and the service team. Thank You Todd

awesome service and a bunch of good people and I say that because I listened how they talk to other customers in person and phone calls they received from customers and I can’t complain about a damn thing ????????
