I had 1 concern, the person rotating the tires didn't use torque sticks. II said something about it and the service writer went out and said something to him. They should be used everytime.

I had an appointment on Friday to get recall wotk done. Was called and said i could pick my vehicle up only to be told when i got there that a part was ordered and would be told when i came in. If you knew whAt the recall was you would think that you would have the part. So i was inconvenienced to have to make arrangements to bring my vehicle back another day when it should have been fixed on first trip.
