The repair statement / bill lists car wash Y or N and Rotate Y or N with nothing circled or marked for either. So we aren’t sure if they rotated the tires or not. They definitely didn’t wash it. And then the vehicle condition page of the statement that shows tire wear, brake wear, etc used to be in color with green to red indicating condition. Now it’s printed off in black & white so you can’t tell what is green(good) or red (needing attention). It seems the price keeps climbing and the quality is degrading. Not trying to be negative. Just giving honest feedback.

I have to admit I was surprised that I had a $140 bill for something that didn’t need fixing after all. I mentioned that the warning light turned off yesterday. I realize that it took time to check it out but &140 for maybe a little over an hour was more than I expected. That being said I thank you for your service.
