While satisfied with this particular interaction, I was very disappointed that my warranty claim was denied. My Explorer ST had an exhaust pipe fail due to an obvious defect, due delays due to dealer and tech availability I went ahead with a repair with an independent vendor, only to discover that due to the repairs it could not now be covered by warranty. I find this outcome as totally unacceptable

Todd Boyer has a great and friendly attitude and personality. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and then comes up with a quick fix repair on your vehicle. Any time I’ve had any problems. He works me in the system quickly, and the repairs are done on time and within the budget. He is a great asset to the organization and that’s why we have our jeep serviced there. Thank you, Mr. Boyer.

it all got fixed. the only addition is better communication. i text the text i got. no response. Other then when it was complete. i had to call to find out why it wasn’t finished on time. I am not mad more annoyed. Happy with your work.

He even asked if I wanted to rotate the tires. Which I didn’t know I was supposed to. He was very kind if you mean the gentleman behind the counter. I would try to use him every time.
