I would have liked a phone call ahead of time to let me know what was wrong with my vehicle to give the go ahead before it was fixed and I was stuck with the bill. Brandy is amazing as always with pick up and delivery of my vehicle!!

Last time I had the oil changed in my company vehicle you guy’s washed it This time I took my wife’s car there, knowing that when I would get it back, you would’ve washed it, however, it wasn’t washed and there was also llime **** / clay on the driver side of the Matt. My wife car wash prior to her, leaving to see her family no one’s been it for the past 2 1/2 months. Just asking is it normally washed after you change oil rotate the tires

The part was ordered in June never did receive a call it was in. I placed a call to Clinton Auto Group to find out that it was in, the service was then scheduled with a call later to reschedule because the Ford technician was very busy . When we did show for the appointment found out that the wrong part was received. Service was not done. New part had to be ordered and still pending.
