I think Todd Boyer and the Service Team at Clinton auto are the best I have dealt with at any service dept. anywhere. They are a real asset for the dealership. I probably would be glad to take you up on the feee trade in appraisal offer but I’m not ready for that until late spring probably.

Todd boyer is the nicest man working behind that desk in customer service that you could ever want. I have known him for years behind that desk and he's just wonderful and very courteous.And very knowledgeable of everything that I've brought to him.I like him a lot

I came in originally for a recall on my 2021 PACIFICA. I was under the impression that there was only one on my reverse camera. The first time I came in after sitting for a couple hours. I was told the were multiple updates that needed to be applied. (7/21) So I was offered a ride home. After a couple days I finally was told there were issues getting the radio interface to take the updates, I might need a new radio but since I was past the warranty mileage it might need to be out of pocket. After having my vehicle 4 days they were able to get the first recall completed but I would need to reschedule for the second. I came in (9/10) for the second recall. After telling me the update was complete the recall message was still showing up on the radio when the vehicle started and was turned off. When I called I was told that it was the manufacturer and that it would go away after they processed the paper work. It did not I called back and was transferred to scheduling. Asfter trying to find a time for a third visit I was told tomorrow was available. I am not available tomorrow so so came to the conclusion of me dropping it off today getting a ride home nd the work will be done tomorrow. So I get there today was told the driver was getting gassed up and would be with me in 5 minutes. A half hour later I was call up to the service desk and told that to set it back to the factory settings it would need to be tomorrow but that the recall notice had been cleared. The service tech was talking as the recall had something to do with the seat. At that point I about lost it and said I was done and taking my vehicle out of there. The recall notice did not show when I turned on or off the vehicle. After three visits in which each time my radio, navigation history and whatever else might be recorded was wiped I think it is finally completed. But satisfied I am not
